- 33:35Surely the men who submit and the women who submit, and the believing men and the believing women, and the obeying men and the obeying women, and the truthful men and the truthful women, and the patient men and the patient women, and the humble men and the humble women, and the charitable men and the charitable women, and the fasting men and the fasting women, and the men who guard their chastity and the women who guard, and the men who remember Allah much and the women who remember—Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and a mighty reward.

And it will be cried out to them: This is the Garden which you are made to inherit for what you did. 44And the owners of the Garden call out to the companions of the Fire: We have found that which our Lord promised to be true; have you, too, found that which your Lord promised to be true? They will say: Yes. Then a crier will cry out among them: The curse of Allah is on the wrongdoers, 45Who hinder (men) from Allah’s way and seek to make it crooked, and they are disbelievers in the Hereafter. 46And between them is a veil. And on the Elevated Places are men who know all by their marks. And they call out to the owners of the Garden: Peace be to you! They have not yet entered it, though they hope. 47And when their eyes are turned towards the companions of the Fire, they say: Our Lord, place us not with the unjust people. 48And the owners of the Elevated Places call out to men whom they recognize by their marks, saying: Of no avail were to you your amassings and your arrogance. 49Are these they about whom you swore that Allah would not bestow mercy on them? Enter the Garden; you have no fear, nor shall you grieve.

As We began the first creation, We shall reproduce it. A promise (binding) on Us. And the fruits of the two Gardens are within reach. 56Therein are those restraining their glances, whom no man nor jinni has touched before them. 58As though they were rubies and pearls. 60Is the reward of goodness aught but goodness? 62And besides those are two (other) Gardens. 66Therein are two springs gushing forth. 68Therein are fruits and palms and pomegranates. 70Therein are goodly beautiful ones. 72Pure ones confined to pavilions. 74Before them man has not touched them, nor jinni. 76Reclining on green cushions and beautiful carpets. 78Blessed be the name of thy Lord, the Lord of Glory and Honour!
- 2:2… those who keep their duty, 3Who believe in the Unseen and keep up prayer and spend out of what We have given them, 4And who believe in that which has been revealed to thee and that which was revealed before thee, and of the Hereafter they are sure. 5These are on a right course from their Lord and these it is that are successful.

And all shall come to Him abased. 88And thou seest the mountains—thou thinkest them firmly fixed—passing away as the passing away of the cloud: the handiwork of Allah, Who has made everything thoroughly. 89Whoever brings good, he will have better than it; and they will be secure from terror that day.

And above them eight will bear that day thy Lord’s Throne of Power. 18On that day you will be exposed to view—no secret of yours will remain hidden. 19Then as for him who is given his book in his right hand, he will say: Lo! Ready my book. 20Surely I knew that I should meet my account. 21So he will be in a life of bliss, 22In a lofty Garden, 23Its fruits are near. 24Eat and drink pleasantly for that which you sent on before in bygone days.

- 51:5What you are promised is surely true, 6And the Judgment will surely come to pass. 9He is turned away from it who would be turned away. 15Surely the dutiful are amidst Gardens and fountains, 16Taking that which their Lord gives them. Surely they were before that the doers of good. 17They used to sleep but little at night. 18And in the morning they asked (Divine) protection. 19And in their wealth there was a due share for the beggar and for one who is denied (good). 20And in the earth are signs for those who are sure, 21And in yourselves—do you not see? 22And in the heavens is your sustenance and that which you are promised.
- 10:9Those who believe and do good, their Lord guides them by their faith; rivers will flow beneath them in Gardens of bliss. 10Their cry therein will be, Glory to Thee, O Allah! and their greeting, Peace! And the last of their cry will be: Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds!

And Allah sets forth parables for men that they may be mindful. 26And the parable of an evil word is an evil tree pulled up from the earth’s surface; it has no stability. 27Allah confirms those who believe with the sure word in this world’s life and in the Hereafter …

- 46:15And We have enjoined on man the doing of good to his parents. His mother bears him with trouble and she brings him forth in pain. - 46:19And for all are degrees according to what they do, and that He may pay them for their deeds and they will not be wronged.
- 56:1When the Event comes to pass—2There is no belying its coming to pass—3Abasing (some), exalting (others)—4When the earth is shaken with a (severe) shaking, 5And the mountains are crumbled to pieces, 6So they are as scattered dust, 7And you are three sorts. 8So those on the right-hand; how (happy) are those on the right-hand!…10And the foremost are the foremost—11These are drawn nigh (to Allah). 12In Gardens of bliss. 13A multitude from among the first, 14And a few from among those of later times, 15On thrones inwrought, 16Reclining on them, facing each other. 17Round about them will go youths never altering in age, 18With goblets and ewers, and a cup of pure drink—19They are not affected with headache thereby, nor are they intoxicated, 20And fruits that they choose, 21And flesh of fowl that they desire, 22And pure, beautiful ones, 23Like hidden pearls. 24A reward for what they did. 25They hear therein no vain or sinful talk—26But only the saying, Peace! Peace! 27And those on the right hand; how (happy) are those on the right hand! 28Amid thornless lote-trees, 29And clustered banana-trees. 30And extensive shade, 31And water gushing, 32And abundant fruit, 33Neither intercepted, nor forbidden, 34And exalted couches. 35Surely We have created them a (new) creation, 36So We have made them virgins, 37Loving, equals in age, 38For those on the right hand. 39A multitude from among the first; 40And a multitude from among those of later times…. 88Then if he is one of those drawn nigh (to Allah). 89Then happiness and bounty and a Garden of bliss. 90And if he is one of those on the right hand, 91Then peace to thee from those on the right hand.
- 47:2And those who believe and do good, and believe in that which has been revealed to Muhammad—and it is the Truth from their Lord—He will remove their evil from them and improve their condition.
- 39:61And Allah delivers those who keep their duty with their achievement—evil touches them not, nor do they grieve.
- 41:30Those who say, Our Lord is Allah, then continue in the right way, the angels descend upon them, saying: Fear not, nor be grieved, and receive good news of the Garden which you were promised. 31We are your friends in this world’s life and in the Hereafter, and you have therein what your souls desire and you have therein what you ask for. 32A welcome gift from the Forgiving, the Merciful.
- 78:17Surely the day of Decision is appointed—18The day when the trumpet is blown, so you come forth in hosts, 19And the heaven is opened so it becomes as doors, 20And the mountains are moved off, so they remain a semblance. 21Surely hell lies in wait. 22A resort for the inordinate … 31Surely for those who keep their duty is achievement, 32Gardens and vineyards, 33And youthful (companions), equals in age, 34And a pure cup. 35They hear not therein vain words, nor lying—36A reward from thy Lord, a gift sufficient …
- 24:55Allah has promised to those of you who believe and do good that He will surely make them rulers in the earth as He made those before them rulers, and He will surely establish for them their religion, which He has chosen for them, and the He will surely give them security in exchange after their fear.
- 37:68… their [disbelievers] return is surely to the flaming Fire. 73Then see what was the end of those warned—74Except the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 80We reward the doers of good.
- 65:2… he who believes in Allah and the Latter Day … and keeps his duty to Allah, He ordains a way out for him, 3And gives him sustenance from whence he imagines not. And whoever trusts in Allah, he is sufficient for him. Surely Allah attains His purpose. Allah indeed has appointed a measure for everything. 4And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He makes his affair easy for him. 5That is the command of Allah, which He has revealed to you. And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He will remove from him his evils and give him a big reward.
- 42:25And He it is Who accepts repentance from His servants and pardons evil deeds, and He knows what you do; 26And He answers those who believe and do good deeds, and gives them more out of His grace. 27And if Allah were to amplify the provision for His servants, they would rebel in the earth; but He sends (it) down by measure, as he pleases. Surely He is Aware, Seer of His servants. 28And He it is who sends down the rain after they have despaired, and He unfolds His mercy. And He is the Friend, the Praised One.
- 30:4… Allah’s is the command before and after. And on that day [of Judgment] the believers will rejoice. 5In Allah’s help. He helps whom He pleases, and He is the Mighty, the Merciful—6(It is) Allah’s promise! Allah will not fail in His promise, but most people know not. 7They know the outward of this world’s life, but of the Hereafter they are heedless. 8They do not reflect within themselves? Allah did not create the heavens and the earth and what is between them but with truth, and (for) an appointed term. And surely most of the people are deniers of the meeting with their Lord.
- 76:1Surely there came over man a time when he was nothing that could be mentioned. 2Surely We have created man from sperm mixed (with ovum), to try him, so We have made him hearing, seeing. 3We have truly shown him the way; he may be thankful or unthankful. 4Surely We have prepared for the disbelievers chains and shackles and a burning Fire. 5The righteous truly drink of a cup tempered with camphor—6A fountain from which the servants of Allah drink, making it flow in abundance. 7They fulfill vows and fear a day, the evil of which is widespread. 8And they give food, out of love for Him, to the poor and the orphan and the captive. 9We feed you, for Allah’s pleasure only—We desire from you neither reward nor thanks. 10Surely we fear from our Lord a stern, distressful day. 11So Allah will ward off from them the evil of that day, and cause them to meet with splendour and happiness; 12And reward them, for their steadfastness, with a Garden and with silk; 13Reclining therein on raised couches; they will see therein neither (excessive heat of) sun nor intense cold. 14And close down upon them are its shadows, and its fruits are made near (to them), easy to reach. 15And round about them are made to go vessels of silver and goblets of glass, 16Crystal-clear, made of silver—they have measured them according to a measure. 17And they are made to drink therein a cup tempered with ginger—18(Of) a fountain therein called Salsabil. 19And round about them will go youths, never altering in age; when thou seest them thou wilt think them to be scattered pearls. 20And when thou lookest thither, thou seest blessing and a great kingdom. 21On them are garments of fine green silk and thick brocade, and they are adorned with bracelets of silver, and their Lord makes them to drink a pure drink. 22Surely this is a reward for you, and your striving is recompensed.
- 46:13Surely those who say, Our Lord is Allah, then continue on the right way, on them is no fear, nor shall they grieve. 14These are the owners of the Garden, abiding therein—a reward for what they did.

- 30:14And the day when the Hour comes, that day they [believers and disbelievers] will be separated one from the other. 15Then as to those who believed and did good, they will be made happy in a garden. 17So glory be to Allah when you enter the evening and when you enter the morning. 18And to Him be praise in the heavens and the earth, and in the afternoon, and when the sun declines. 19He brings forth the living from the dead and brings forth the dead from the living, and gives life to the earth after its death. And thus will you be brought forth.
- 67:12Those who fear their Lord in secret, for them is surely forgiveness and a great reward.
- 41:33And who is better in speech than one who calls to Allah and does good, and says: I am surely of those who submit? 34And not alike are the good and the evil. Repel (evil) with what is best, when lo! he between whom and thee is enmity would be as if he were a warm friend. 35And none is granted it but those who are patient, and none is granted it but the owner of a mighty good fortune. 36And if a false imputation from the devil afflict thee, seek refuge in Allah. Surely He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
- 57:19And those who believe in Allah and His messengers, they are the truthful and the faithful ones with their Lord. They have their reward and their light.
- 31:22And whoever submits himself to Allah and does good (to others), he indeed takes hold of the firmest handle.
- 72:13… So whoever believes in his Lord, he fears neither loss nor injustice:
- 33:24… Allah [will] reward the truthful for their truth …
- 59:8And whoever is saved from the niggardliness of his soul, these it is that are the successful.
- 36:11Thou canst warn him only who follows the Reminder and fears the Beneficent in secret; so give him good news of forgiveness and a generous reward. 12Surely We give life to the dead, and We write down that which they send before and their footprints, and We record everything in clear writing.
- 64:9The day when He will gather you for the day of Gathering, that is the day of Manifestation of losses. And whoever believes in Allah and does good, He will remove from him his evil and cause him to enter Gardens wherein rivers flow, to abide therein for ever. That is the great achievement.
- 34:39Say: Surely my Lord amplifies provision for whom He pleases of His servants and straitens (it) for him. And whatsoever you spend, He increases it in reward, and he is the Best of Providers.
- 84:1When the heaven bursts asunder, 2And listens to its Lord and is made fit; 3And when the earth is stretched, 4And casts forth what is in it and becomes empty, 5And listens to its Lord and is made fit. 6O man, thou must strive a hard striving (to attain) to thy Lord, until thou meet Him. 7Then as to him who is given his book in his right hand, 8His account will be taken by an easy reckoning, 9And he will go back to his people rejoicing. 25… those who believe and do good—for them is a reward that shall never be cut off.
- 33:47And give the believers good news that they will have great grace from Allah.

- 64:11No calamity befalls but by Allah’s permission. And whoever believes in Allah, He guides his heart. And Allah is Knower of all things.
- 33:73… Allah will turn mercifully to the believing men and the believing women.
- 70:5So be patient with a goodly patience. 6Surely they [disbelievers] see it [the chastisement] far off, 7And we see it nigh. 8The day when the heaven is as molten brass, 9And the mountains are as wool; 10And no friend will ask of friend, 11(Though) they are made to see them. The guilty one would fain redeem himself from the chastisement of that day by his children, 12And his wife and his brother, 13And his kin that gave him shelter, 14And all that are in the earth—then deliver him—15By no means! Surely it is a flaming Fire, 16Plucking out extremities—17It shall claim him who retreats and turns his back, 18And hoards then withholds. 19Surely man is created impatient—20Fretful when evil afflicts him, 21And niggardly when good befalls him—22Except those who pray, 23Who are constant at their prayer, 24And in whose wealth there is a known right 25For the beggar and the destitute, 26And those who accept the truth of the day of Judgment: 27And those who are fearful of the chastisement of their Lord—28Surely the chastisement of their Lord is (a thing) not to be felt secure from—29And those who restrain their sexual passions, 30Except in the presence of their mates or those whom their right hands possess—for such surely are not to be blamed, 31But he who seeks to go beyond this, these are the transgressors. 32And those who are faithful to their trusts and their covenant, 33And those who are upright in their testimonies, 34And those who keep a guard on their prayer. 35These are in Gardens, honoured.
- 34:4… He [will] reward those who believe and do good. For them is forgiveness and an honourable sustenance.
- 82:1When the heaven is cleft asunder, 2and when the stars become dispersed, 3And when the rivers are made to flow forth, 4And when the graves are laid open—5Every soul will know what it has sent before and what it has held back. 10And surely there are keepers over you, 11Honourable recorders, 12They know what you do. 13Surely the righteous are in bliss … 15They will enter it on the day of Judgment, 16And will not be absent from it. 17And what will make thee realize what the day of Judgment is? 18Again, what will make thee realize what the day of Judgment is? 19The day when no soul controls aught for another soul. And the command on that day is Allah’s.
- 42:20Whoso desires the tilth of the Hereafter, We give him increase in his tilth … 22And those who believe and do good are in the meadows of the Garden—they have what they please with their Lord. That is the great grace. 23And whoever earns good, We give him more of good therein. Surely Allah is Forgiving, Grateful.
- 92:1By the night when it draws a veil! 2And the day when it shines! 3And the creating of the male and the female!—4Your striving is surely (for) diverse (ends). 5Then as for him who gives and keeps his duty, 6And accepts what is good—7We facilitate for him (the way to) ease. 12Surely Ours is it to show the way, 13And surely Ours is the Hereafter and the former. 14So I warn you of the Fire that flames. 17And away from it shall be kept the most faithful to duty, 18Who gives his wealth, purifying himself, 19And none has with him any boon for a reward, 20Except the seeking of the pleasure of the Most High. 21And he will soon be well-pleased.
- 34:36And it is not your wealth, nor your children, that bring you near to Us in rank; but whoever believes and does good, for such is a double reward for what they do, and they are secure in the highest places.
- 35:7… those who believe and do good, for them is forgiveness and a great reward.
- 40:51We certainly help Our messengers, and those who believe, in this world’s life and on the day when the witnesses arise—… 55So be patient; surely the promise of Allah is true; and ask protection for thy sin and celebrate the praise of thy Lord in the evening and the morning.
- 39:17And those who eschew the worship of the idols and turn to Allah, for them is good news. So give good news to My servants, 18Who listen to the Word, then follow the best of it. Such are they whom Allah has guided, and such are the men of understanding.
- 40:39… this life of the world is but a (passing) enjoyment, and the Hereafter, that is the abode to settle. 40Whoever does evil, he is requited only with the like of it; and whoever does good, whether male or female, and he is a believer, these shall enter the Garden, to be given therein sustenance without measure.
- 41:8Those who believe and do good, for them is surely a reward never to be cut off.
- 45:15Whoever does good it is for himself … then to your Lord you will be brought back
- 52:17The dutiful will be surely in Gardens and bliss, 18Rejoicing because of what their Lord has given them; and their Lord saved them from the chastisement of the burning Fire. 19Eat and drink with pleasure for what you did. 20Reclining on thrones set in lines, and We shall join them to pure; beautiful ones.
- 47:17And those who follow guidance, He [Allah] increases them in guidance and grants them their observance of duty.
- 48:1-5… He [Allah, will] cause the believing men and the believing women to enter Gardens wherein flow rivers to abide therein and remove from them their evil. And that is a grand achievement with Allah …
- 48:29Allah has promised such of them as believe and do good, forgiveness and a great reward.
- 49:7… Allah has endeared the faith to you [believers] and has made it seemly in your hearts, and He has made hateful to you disbelief and transgression and disobedience. Such are those who are rightly guided—8A grace from Allah and a favour.
- 52:21And those who believe and whose offspring follow them in faith — We unite with them their off-spring and We shall deprive them of naught of their work. Every man is pledged for what he does. 22And We shall aid them with fruit and flesh, as they desire. 23They pass therein from one to another a cup, wherein is neither vanity, nor sin. 24And round them go boys of theirs as if they were hidden pearls. 25And they will advance to each other, questioning –26Saying: Surely we feared before on account of our families. 27But Allah has been gracious to us and He has saved us from the chastisement of the hot wind. 28Surely We called upon Him before. Surely, He is the Benign, the Merciful.
- 49:14… And if you obey Allah and His Messenger, He will not diminish aught of your deeds.
- 53:38… no bearer of a burden bears another’s burden: 39And that man can have nothing but what he strives for: 40And that his striving will soon be seen. 41Then he will be rewarded for it with the fullest reward: 42And that to thy Lord is the goal.
- 54:54Surely the dutiful will be among Gardens and rivers, 55In the seat of truth, with a most Powerful King.
